eDiscovery Projects | Short-Term & Long-Term Opportunities

Adams & Martin Group is building a pipeline of California-licensed Document Review Attorneys for a mix of short-term document review projects and longer-term eDiscovery engagements throughout 2026 and beyond.

These roles offer flexibility while also providing opportunities to take on advanced responsibilities and longer-term, embedded assignments with legal teams.

Project Types

  • Short-term projects (weeks to a few months)
    • Document review and QC workflows
    • May include privilege review/logging and other advanced tasks depending on project scope
    • Opportunities for Team Lead roles on larger review teams
  • Longer-term engagements (ongoing/embedded)
    • Review protocol drafting
    • Relativity searches and data analysis
    • Fact development, case support, and witness preparation
    • Direct collaboration with staff attorneys, eDiscovery counsel, and letterhead attorneys
    • Deployment across multiple matters as part of an integrated legal team

Your Credentials

  • JD from an accredited law school; active California Bar license required (in good standing)
  • Experience in document review and eDiscovery strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Relativity, DISCO, Everlaw, Concordance, Viewpoint, or similar platforms
  • Experience with L1/L2 review, QC, privilege logs, or team lead responsibilities is a plus
  • Familiarity with California litigation practice preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow structured workflows and meet deadlines

Your Role

  • Review and code documents for relevance, privilege, and key issues
  • Apply project protocols across eDiscovery platforms
  • Escalate complex findings to supervising attorneys
  • Meet production targets with accuracy and consistency
